Feiteng Yuxiang is actually a chain of Sichuan restaurants. Plan to arrive either a bit later or earlier than the regular feeding times to avoid an extended wait. The menu changes regularly although not enough to keep old customers from returning. Standards like Kungpao chicken and Ganbiansijidou are done up nicely here. Other great dishes include the dried beef strips (niurou gan si) and the chicken in hot oil (kou shui ji) but their specialty is fish strips in a large bowl of hot oil (shuizhuyu). I had the shuizhuyu three times now and it is spicy but not as spicy as at the Sichuan representative office. Prices are reasonable. Bathroom is clean as is the restaurant. Service is consistent
